Week 2: Understand the fundamentals of nutrition, determine your maintenance calorie needs, and discover how to fuel your body purposefully.
Week 3: Discover the basics of strength training, how to organize your weekly routine, and how to apply progressive overload techniques.
Week 4: Explore the significance of routines and learn how create a morning and evening routine that enhances your lifestyle.
